The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which is great for a short stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, assisting me with my requests. However, the room wasn't as clean as I expected, and the noise from outside made it challenging to sleep well.

We had a nice stay with our small dog. The location was convenient for airport access, and it was easy to find places to grab a quick meal nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness should be improved. A pet-friendly area would make it better for families.

My recent stay was highlighted by the hotel's proximity to the beautiful Carter Lake, just over 2 km away, and the vibrant Old Market area, which is only a short 3.5 km stroll from the hotel, making my weekend exploration both enjoyable and convenient. while the room met basic needs, I noticed some areas for improvement, like the cleanliness, that could enhance future stays.

The hotel offered comfortable beds and easy access to the airport, which was a huge relief for me as a senior traveler. The staff were friendly and quick to assist in any way I needed during my stay.

The location is super convenient to the airport. The free shuttle starts at 4 AM. My room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bathroom included free toiletries and a hairdryer. There were even sun loungers available for a quick relax outside. Simple breakfast like toast and cereal was available early in the morning.

Dirty rooms mar the experience, with hair left in the shower and surfaces sticking to your fingers. A heater that didn’t work in the initial room forced a move, only to end up in a joining room, leaving an uneasy feeling about safety. The so-called breakfast turned out to be a cold, lackluster sack. Another ding for the pool that hasn't operated in years—it would have been nice to have a heads-up on that. Also, the hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed recently, which just added to the sense of neglect.

I found debris on the floor and the bed looked dirty, so I didn't even want to get under the covers. The view was just trashy grass blocking the lake. Breakfast was just a loaf of bread and some cereal—not great if you're gluten-free. Overall, cleanliness was a huge issue throughout the facility.
